X-Fit For Kids
A high intensity class for ages 7-13 where they can learn basic fundamentals for lifting, learn how to track and write their own workouts, and so many more exciting attributes. This class is great for a range of kids from just beginning to show interest to experienced athletes looking to advance their game. These are a sign-up style class therefore there is a limited amount of space so be sure to sign up quick!
