Peter just might be the most positive trainer you have ever met. His appreciation for various modalities of well-being (exercise, nutrition, mental health, spiritual health) provide his clients with a unique approach to training and everyday life. His diverse sporting background throughout adolescence and university has evolved his training technique to include athletic, functional exercise for those who wish to sweat heavily and have a good time doing it. Peter has a background in strength and conditioning, and graduated with an exercise science degree and a minor in chemistry at Northern Arizona University.
